Resort's Settlement Issues solved just in time for Summer.

Families all over Williamsburg are now safely enjoying one of the Great Wolf Lodge's 110 triple balconies due to the recent work by Foundation Systems Incorporated.

Product

CHANCE SSS 10/12 leads transitioned to RS278.203 extensions with underpinning bracket.

Results

FSI installed 110 CHANCE Chance 10/12 leads transitioned to RS2278.203 round pipe extensions. Each helical pier was installed to an embedment depth of 21' to achieve an ultimate compression load of 35 kips.

Advantage

The small construction site was perfect for a CHANCE Helical Pile Foundation. Larger pile equipment would have caused a potential displacement of Resort guests due t disturbance caused by the vibration created from larger pile equipment.
